Board Orders are the final orders of the State Personnel Board that are issued following a Board meeting. At its meetings, the Board reviews Preliminary Recommendations of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to grant or deny petitions for hearing and appeals to the Board of Initial Decisions issued by an ALJ. Board Orders are listed in the fiscal year in which the order was issued. Board Orders are displayed for two years.
